Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married to my BF (divorcee) in arya samaj mandir. He got divorce in family court and we got married after 2 months. Meanwhile, his ex-wife appealed in HC and got a stay on the order. During HC, they went for mutual divorce and the appeal was disposed off.
Please tell me, is my marriage is legal?

if the high court didnt accept the order of lower court then ur marriage is void and if the High court accepted the order of lower court then your marriage is valid.

to tell you the right answer we need to go through the order of High Court. Otherwise u can check as i have replied above

the marriage is void ab initio but as he is divorced by mutual consent now, you may remarry him by way of registered marriage.

If the appeal was presented before your marriage even though the said appeal was heard later, your marriage would be illegal or else legal. 30 days have been given under the act to file an appeal .
