i married her and got a child with her and lived 6 months with her in germany,but she said she get divorce in germany just by showing them she not live with me from last 7-8 months and she told me earlier she send me those divorce papers with translation copy but now she is completely changed and i do not think so she send me anything so on what grounds i can get divorce.is that enough is on plain white paper she says she do not want any relationship with me and she want divorce because she is not communicating with me. so its difficult now to get anything from.all i want is divorce but i want to know in how much time period i get it

in case she wants divorce, she may file it in Germany and obtain ex parte divorce. if she is reluctant to file divorce in Germany, you may file it in india and take appropriate orders.
