hi, I am married nd completed 2 yrs nd 5 mnths almost nd my wife nd me have decided to take divorce and even we have got son who is just 6 mnth but this decision has taken by both of us but coz of my parents I am not able to go forward and also I am carring a relation with one unmarried girl with whome I am serius and planning to get married in next one year so, is it possible by law and please tell me what is the exact procedure and what is the maximum time it will take for the all settelements as i am in hurry to get married to my girlfriend

in case you and your wife have decided to take divorce, you may file a petition for divorce by mutual consent. just make sure its not a hurried decision as the life of your six months old child is also at stake.
