i am married with two daughters. my wife and i were quarelling all the times. Two years back she asked me divorce.i took it lightly. but now she asked once more. now both are ready for divorce.i am a central government employee.what is the next step i have to take.

A divorce by Mutual Consent is the best advice for your case, in which, you will get relief within a shortest span of time ending with 7 months provided yoy or your wife does not oppose at any stage and all the terms and conditions of Memorandum of Understanding between you are abided and agreed upon.
