i got married after the death of my first husband to a widower having 1 daughter, i m having one son from my first marriage, how can my second husband can adopt my son? draft and languague of adoption deed needed???????????

You dont need any adoption for your son as your 2nd husband becomes your sons step father and you his daughter a step mother.

adoption cannot be done in such cases as the son is staying with you only and you not severing your mother son relationship. after death of your husband, there is no one who would legally object to father son relationship.
