i got married in dec'2009 and past 2 years my wife is not staying with me by her own will and I also have a son of 1and half years, now I want divorce. On which ground i should seek divorce and how much time it may require if its not done on mutual consent.

dear client u can ask divorce on the ground of desertion. to ask divorce on the ground of desertion two years separation is necessary. it will take one or two years to decide. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
