Hello i got married in Dec 2004(registered marriage) after that me and my husband never live together. I want to give divorce but i have no idea where he is located n i dont have his address...wat should i do in this case wat if i marry someone else without getting divorce pls suggest...

There should be no problem in your getting a divorce, even if you do not know his present address. The case can be filed on the basis of his last known address. If the summons are not served on him because his present address is not known, the divorce case can be decided ex-parte.
If you remarry without getting a divorce you may become liable for a charge of bigamy.
You may file divorce petition giving his LAST KNOWN ADDRESS. If he is not living at that address, you may get ex parte divorce. Remarriage without divorce is not legal.
