Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married in 2004 due to unavoidable circumstances.After 6 months I came to know that girl wanted to marry someone else.in last 9 years I've seen hell.I am in depression and am unemployed.In 2010 she gave birth to a girl and she says girl is mine.But I know that girl is not mine.one day I heard her talking to someone on phone.They were having sex-talk.it was my brother -in-law to whom my wife was talking.My life is messed up a lot.I can not file a case as I am not employed yet.I have to take care of parents and brothers.By DNA Test we can find whether girl is mine or not.But is there a way to get her phones call details ?
for how much time these phone companies keep their client's call details ? when I file a case after 1 or 2 year, will I be able to get her call details ?
and suggest a way out of it if you can.
