Legal Question in Family Law in India

I was Married in 2007 because of emotional blackmail by a boy. but i left my home from 1 & half year and my family had made a divorced papers also which is signed by me now. But my legal husband is not ready to give signature and divorce from past 6 months i had filed divorce and leaving seprate from 1 & half year i am 22 years only now. Is their any law which can help me while my husband is not giving the signature on the divorce papers and the divorce can be done in any other act of staying seprate from a 1 & half year and divorced file by me 6 to 7 months back

No there is nothing you can do apart from filing a Divorce case under Sec. 13 of Hindu marriage Act and proceed further accordingly.
