Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married on feb 2011 and we are separated from june 2011 my husband is a drunked and also takes drugs and he always avoids me and we never had physical relationship... now i want to get divorce from him.. but he is refusing for divorce... he says he wont let me to be happy and wants to take revenge on me... how can i get legal separation from him... i dont expect anything from him except for love and care which is not willing to give... i cant stay with him anymore... pls guide me.. our marriage is not consumated
