Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got married in 1997 and have two female children one is 15 & 7 years. From 2008 he is having illegal affair with a married lady having 2 female children and have one illegal child in 2011. I have filed a suit and maintanence case and is going on till now nothing has happened. I have submitted all the proofs also. I seek to help to proceed further. I am staying in my own house bought by both of us but registered in his name.

File a petition under the Domestic Violence act for maintenance etc. What do you want to do ? Do you want to punish him ? Since the house is in his name its his only and you do not have any right so it better to get the name transfered....
