Legal Question in Family Law in India

I married a girl in jun 2008. she left my house within one month. thereafter no relation with her. both of us applied for divorce in july 2010. but even now i did not get divorce. our lawyers submitted pettition in 6th april. how many days it take time. can i marrie another women now? when i can marrie?

i dont knw where is the flaw your second motion petition has to be filed in january

what happened and why that u have to chek with your lawyer

Not less than 6 months it may extend. till divorce you cannot marry

The minimum period is 6 months in Mutual Consent Divorce. When the Divorce has comes through then you can marry.
