I married a girl in jun 2008. she left my house within one month. thereafter no relation with her. both of us applied for divorce in july 2010. but even now i did not get divorce. our lawyers submitted pettition in 6th april. how many days it take time. can i marrie another women now? when i can marrie?

First of all my friend clearly indicate the date as to when your case was initiated in Court.

Now secondly was you matter filed as mutual divorce petition?
