i was married in 2002 with a girl named Vijayeta.child was born in june 2004 and after that we got divorce on the basis of mutual consent in 2006 with the following condition that the child will remain with her and my wife shall not claim any maintenence for her and for her son in future i have made the similar statement also.

Now i want the custody of my child under my care please kindly give me your leagal advise.
