Legal Question in Family Law in India

Married to green card holder in Texas

I'm married to a green card holder living in Texas. Our 7 year old daughter and I live in India. My husband is seeking divorce against the interest of the marriage. My daughter and I don't have a green card. We need to be re-united. Are there any options to do so as my husband doesn't wish to participate in this process.

If your husband has filed for divorce in Tx, USA, you may get visa for travel to USA for contesting your case; if he is seeking divorce in India, you and your daughter may seek maintenance as per his standard of living in USA; you may also have several other claims against your husband.
