I married guy since 5 years, My wife left the house and she is not willing to come back, we have kid of age 3years, I am not able to convency her to come back her parents are the main culprits to spoil her brain. Please suggest me what to do, Do i get the child custody.

Do you really want to live with your wife? If yes the first file a case under Sec 9 of Hindu marriage Act for her return.

You may need to increase your inter-action with your wife and your son before it is too late. Just stay cool and keep meeting with them as often as possible; also you should spend on them good money by way of gifts etc. and giving cash to your wife for meeting her and the child's living expenses.
