I married 1 and half year ago. Till now he din't do sex
with me, For that I would like to apply for divorce, As
per my knowledge he is not interested to give the
divorce because of alumni,What I would like to do is I
am going to apply Divorce with out alumni,How much time
it takes to get divorce if it is not mutuallly.I am
sure that I dont want money and he also.

as he does not want to give alimony and you do not want to take it, convince him that you want nothing but divorce. still if he is adamant, then you may file divorce and also claim maintenance and alimony. this may persuade him to go for divorce by mutual consent.
if you are ready to take divorce without alimony and he is also ready then file a joint petition for mutual consent. It will take 7 or 8 months to get divorce.
