Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married before one and a half years and its arranged marriage,
now I have applied for divorce since I was cheated by my husband
and in-laws by hiding that my husband is a physco patient and the same was confirmed by physiatrist doctors. I also submitted the proof in family court.
He is from well to do family so he try to make this case false and he torcher me to live with him.Also he wants to drage the case so he wantedly delay to atten the yearings and he is not willing to return my this back and also not coming for mutual.But iam from lower middle class family and we spend around 7- 10 lakhs for marriage as dowery.I expect only my things back and divorce from him.I need a quick relief from him as my life become a ? now without any soultion till now.
what leagal act can be taken on this? How to get a right law justification coz few lawers want to make only money without giving proper solution. Please assist me.
