Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married for 1 and half years now and have a 1 month old boy from the marriage. As per south indian hindu customs, my wife is at her in-law's as this is her first pregnancy. Some differences have developed between myself and her in-law's based on some financial matters and my wife has taken their side.

Among my community, there is no dowry and I have never demanded nor asked during marriage. However, now my in-laws are threatening that they would forcibly deposit an amount to my account as a demand for dowry and file a case. I approached my bank and they say that they cannot selectively block any incoming transactions. I firmly believe that the transaction might have been taken place at the time I am placing this query. Please advise as to how I can justify and also file a counter case against them for false claims.

Expecting an earliest reply.

Thanks
