Legal Question in Family Law in India

Got married in Hindu Family in 2004.

Blessed with a son in 2005.

Since Marriage, Lived in a house with Mother-in-law, Husband and child in Delhi.

House was taken on rent by Father-in-law in 1972-73 on monthly rent of Rs. 200 only. House covered under Delhi Rent control act.

Father-in-law expired in 1987.

Mother-in-law became tenant after his husband's death.

Eviction order passed in January 2011 by Tis Hazari Court in favour of the landlord which was put on stay by Delhi High Court in July 2011 & then Remanded back to Tis Hazari Court.

Due to regular fights between me, my husband and mother-in-law, In Jan 2013, My Husband took a flat on rent @14000 per month in his own name in delhi

My Husband, Myself, & Me shifted to this rented house.

After 2-3 days, my husband went back and residing at her mother's place.

Do I have legal right to reside in the house of my Mother-in-law????

Yes you do.

You can also file for restitution of conjugal rights to get your husband back.
