Legal Question in Family Law in India

Married at a Hindu Kovil as per hindu marriage cultures. Now wife is start practicing chirstianity/penthacostal. Therefore seperated now and applied for divorce by myself (husband). 2 year old son is with mom now, and she is taking him also to the church and teaching the same culture.

Can I get divorce?

Will I get my child back (at least can I stop taking the child to church?) ?.

Approximately how much compensation I need to pay? (my wife also is working)

There are lot of intricate issues which need to be addressed to answer your query and you are therefore advised to consult a lawyer personally in your own interest.
