i got married under hma and then i was pregnant when we were seprated and then when baby was born my husband dint even come to see the baby and till date have not seen baby now baby is 2 yrs as he filed for divorce and now even i want to get rid of him but now i dont want to ever see him and want to get re married and give my baby my new husband surname so wat orders should i receive from court that i dont need my ex husband in my or my baby life and how to give my new husband name to baby without his consent .

After a divorce, you can change the baby's name.
The two issues are separate and independent. The question of remarriage will arrive ONLY after divorce. handle one issue at a time.
You cannot change baby's name even after divorce without consent of your first husband (baby's biological father).
