Legal Question in Family Law in India

I was married in India with a polish wife and now after 1.5 years we are divorced in Poland. I would like to know how can get this divorce in India too as I am divorced in Poland.

you need to file a suit in India to get a declaration that the divorce granted by polish courts is valid in India. in absence of such a declaration, the divorce may not be valid in India as you an Indian Citizen and the marriage also took place in India.

Since your wife was Polish, you may need to file for divorce in India as she may be bound by the Polish laws.
