got married in 2005 in India.Husbd and his fmly members physically nad mentally harrased me for dowry .Now i have come back to India .i have two questions-
1.arrest warrant is in process .how the Austrlian police will extradate him ?
2. he is not yet a permamnt resident of Australia .can i approch australian immigration dept not to grant him permamnt residence as the criminal case is pending aggainst him ?
3.will it make any difference to my case if in the meanwhil he gets Permamnt residency status ?

as you were physically and mentally harassed by your husband, you may file a complaint under domestic violence act and your husband will have to defend the case here in india and in case he does not appear, he may be in trouble and his permanent residency can be jeopardised.
