we married in 2006. two issue one isdaughter 5thyr and a son 3rd yr old.one year back my wife vacated everything from my house and taken to her parents house by truck. then i filed a divorce case against her and she did not appear on the dates. 2 months back she came t my house with children and apologiged for her shamful act. i did a compromise in which she has accepted all ger mistakes. and the divorce case was dissolved after compromise. now she is living with me and sending applications to police officials related to dowry, domestic violance and all that. so now its too much for me. i want sepration. my question is can i file divorce while living under one roof.
or what are conditions i have to fulfill.
