Legal Question in Family Law in India
i have married to jaat and my family didnt accepted us.... we r living along but her family is too much that she want ne to do what she and her family says....... if i say soemthing or deny she start fighting with me, beat me use abusive language and always threantens to kill me if i dont do what she says.....
i m very much pissed off from her and want to leave her at any cost but she sometime says will give divorce and sometime she says will not give divorce.....
her family threantens me if i leave there daughter they will not allow me to live in future...mera future barbaad kardenge vo log
please suggest what should i do to leave her and i need your urgent help and support... i m helpless at this time

Try asking help of elders in your family and thereafter they may intervene and have the matter settled out with her family members. If this does not work.. then before taking a final decision write to the women cell and SHO of your area and her parents area about the matter and then file a petition of divorce against her.
Engage a good lawyer to guide you and push you hard to go for Divorce because you are shit scared from your wife and inlaws and even i give you my advice ,it;ll be a futile exercise because you would not be doing it or following it .
