Legal Question in Family Law in India

I married to Jain family at Muzaffarnagar. My husband tortured me every now and then. Now I am living separately with my husband. My husband got some blank paper & stamp papers signed from me.

Please advise if I can sue him for 420 IPC and/or for mental harassment or any other legal proceedings.
