Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married in Jan 2012. My husband lives in Australia and currently he's on bridging visa. Rest of my in-laws lives in India. I have been to Australia on Tourist visa and just got back. There is a pressure of Dowry from husband and his family at initial stage. And while I was in Australia came to know about his previous Marriage. Gone through Mental Torture, Harassment and stress all this while. Now living with my family. What all cases can I put on my in-laws and how can get my Husbands PR cancelled? As these are kind of people who doesn't deserve any kind of mercy. Otherwise will treat the next lady same as the last two.

this is a case of fraud in case he did not tell you about his previous marriage. in case he has not obtained divorce from her, he can also be tried for bigamy. complaint of dowry harassment is another option.

You have lot remedies available to you in terms of Complaint before Crime against women cell for Dowry, harassment etc which would culminate in a FIR eventually . You too can file a case under the Domestic Violence for residence and maintenance against your husband. You can send the copy of the FIR to your husband company in Australia.
