i got married in 2008 jan ,and leaving separately frm past one year from husband .. abhi maine apna mutual divorce hearing par casre withdraw karwa liya ....kyunki divorce nahi chahiye tha ... maine DVA aur maintance file kar rakha h .. par ab main bahut frustate ho gayi hun aur i want to bind up my case and want a divorce as soon as possible so i want to know the min time i can get divorce...and it is going to be mutual , one as my husband dyeing to get divorce. so i want to know how to get out of all cases and and i want divorce alimony to coz i m leaving alone and want to start a new life..... and mine was love so i can'i claim stri dhan ..is that so although my family has given a amount of money to my husband... what abt the DVA AND MAINTINACE case...
how long it will take to get out of this .... and can i got engaged to some else or can get married again....

All the terms and conditions about your future alimony, return of istridhan etc. should be a part of the settlement which may be filed alongwith your application for mutual divorce. It may take at least six months month from the date mutual consent petitition is filed in the court of District Judge.
