I married in 1992 i have no kids till now i want to adopt my sisters son he is 29 years old is it possible .

you may contact an agency called CARA for adoption but i think you cannot adopt a man of 29 years of age.

you can't adopt a 29 year old boy, but you may treat him as your son without adopting him.
