Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married in 2010 and left to US with my husband . from day i got married my in laws harrassed insulted me and my parents for more dowry and polluted my husband brain.My husband is adopted by his grand parents (maternal) who has 5 daughters and one of daughter is orginal mother of my husband.both mother in laws put quarells between us .my husband never understood me and harassed me in US and resulted in health issues, i was scared and left him .now am in india .what are the ways to file case on him. i cant stay with him any more .i want to file case against my in laws too on both adopted parents and orginal parents,In what way Indian law can help me??

you may file a petition for divorce and file a complaint in the women cell for the alleged harassment due to dowry and file a complaint under domestic violence act. But before that, try if this matter can be sorted by intervention of elders of the family.

you can file divorce and domestic violence case. you can also lodge police complaint u/s 498a IPC.
