Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have married life of two years. In my two year married life, She tries to commit suicide 05 to 06 times. Now she has gone to her father�s house for last 04 months. They have not contacted me or my family for return back.

They are only interested in money only. I have surety that if I will try to go for out of court settlement, they will demand huge amount.

Also, she doesn�t want to live with my parents and demanding for separate home. If I will agree with her, I am sure she & her parents will demand more and more.

Is there any way to take divorce from my wife?

you may apply for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and after 1 year of seperation add the ground of desertion
