The police cannot arrest any of the relatives for an offence committed by an individual.Obviously the first wife's relatives have put pressure on the police to get the others arrested. The proper thing to do is to file an application in the Supreme Court for release of all the persons arrested. Please send me all the particulars so that the application can be filed.

ffirst of all the police cannot arrest your brothers or your parents for the offence if any committed by their brother/so.now if the parents have got bail their problem is solved temporarily.now your brother-in-laws brothercan approach the high cour or the district court and obtain an anticipatory bail.the police cannot detain him or his parents for the foffences if any committed by their brother/son.bye jayraj my phone no is 91-471-434578
