Legal Question in Family Law in India
i have married a man who has a son from his first marriage, his first wife died after delivery of the child, i wanted to know do i have a legal right over the child now since i plan to keep him as my own child. also my inlaws trouble me saying i have no legal right over child as i am not the bilogical mother of the child
