Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married in March 08, Since then me and my wife are not together and there was no consuption between us. Can i apply for Annulment of marriage. If i win this do i need to pay any alimony or maitainence to my spouse. Can she also file any charges against me in the mean time. What are all the proofs that are required to prove the annulment of my marriage.
