Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married in March 2010 and since May 2011, my wife left the house and being a working lady she has started staying separately till today at her parents' home. Now, her parents diverts her mind from me and indirectly forced her to live at their home, by means of sentimental and emotional talks. Our Problem is Attitude problem and Result is Clashes. is there any solution so that I can get my wife at my home back?

if she has gone and there are no kids involved, you may simply go for divorce. since more than a year she has not returned. but if you want to wait for her, then you may go for restitution of conjugal rights petition.

My friend its great to hear that you want to continue with the relation.

What ill suggest is to have a talk with your wife either directly or through some elder or close friend.

If nothing works file a petition of RCR.

Try to maintain regular contact with her; meanwhile, you should send her gifts and money on every possible occasion - her birthday, your birthday, marriage anniversary, festivals etc.; and also keep writing her love letters. Visiting her house with your family members/relatives may also help the situation.
