Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got married to Mohit Jain Wipro, Gurgaon who & his father sushil kumar jain & others having bad character insisted me to obey their illegal demands viz. like dowry, do unjust things to earn money like prostitution; which I bluntly refused and accepted fire resulting in, they ousted me from my marital home?
I filed cases against them but now they indirectly threatened me & family to file fake cases to put pressure to sign on the dotted lines & they will kill us by their Licensed weapon.
For your information, Even they shot their relative and named my brother /uncle.
Would you kindly advise me the steps to be taken within the periperi of law?

I am very sory about you. But don t wory you have so mnay legal options to send the culprit behind the bars. The law favour woman alot. From your communication it seems that the cause of action arose at Gurgaon .

Firstly, you should refrain yourself from mentioning the real names/identity of the opposite party. secondly, in case they file any false complaint/f.i.r against you or your family members, you have an option to get the same quashed by approaching the high court. are you also putting up in Gurgaon?
what exactly you want. do u want to go back to this family where you are scared of your life or you want divorce?
You may consider lodging a criminal compaint with the local police giving all the details of cruelty suffered by you in the hands of your husband and his relatives.
