I got married one month back. It was arranged marriage and I didnt know the girl at all before marrying her. After marriage I found her parents have lied about lot of things..including her mental problem, She take sleeping peels every day and didnt take care about anything at home. Her parent prompting me to be separated from my family. And follow her word by word. She wants to live with me but lead the same life, Now she went back to home but we had fight every day. I am still not sure about her medical problem in detail but I knew she used to drug before. She didnt stay with me more than a month also their family is not ready to discuss this matter infront of my family. They are quite and she is not staying with me anymore. At this stage what are the action I can take ?

Hi,
In your matter, the best option would be have round of talks between the families. If they are not talking with your family, you can personally have words with them.As you stated you are newly married, so its better to understand the problem first than coming down to some conclusion. If as advised, nothing is working then I that case you can visit a Lawyer and take necessary steps w.r.t restitution or divorce as per your decision.

as there is no imminent threat of court cases, it is better to discuss the matter with your elders and sort this problem socially. only in case the matter goes out of hands, you may think of seeking a legal action.
you may contact to the marriage councellor to solve this problem
this case of cheating and concealment of facts. good for get quick divorce
What do you want ? If you want a Divorce then you have to move an application u/s 14 of HM act before you file a petition for Divorce. Try to resolve things before it gets out of hands.
settle the matter amicably as far as possible
