I was married in 1996 . I seen from last four month my wife fall in love with some one and after few days I found that they are having sexual attachement also. I have a CD for the same as a proof.
Can I file a divorse and how much time it will take

yes u can file but try to catch her red handed in front of general public or relatives for proof. Then it will be done easily.

in case you have a CD of her sexual acts, you may file a petition for divorce on the grounds of adultry and u stand a good chance to get divorce and even evade maintenance.

You have to file for Divorce on the ground of adultery after issue of notice to your wife and her paramour.
