Legal Question in Family Law in India

i was married before 8 months ago (Arrange marriage) and since then my father in law and his family harrasing me metally and physically? I need help. They are also threatening to my family as well? Yes my wife is good but her mother inforce her to leave my family. They want that I should leave my family and do as they want. My wife also listen her mother only. My brother in law has a criminal record and he threatening to me that he will kill to my whole family. Since my marriage I keep her seperately in Delhi. My parents stay @ village. Now my mother has come to Delhi for his medical checkup. But my mother in law is inforcing me to leave them in tough condition. Also theretening me that they will file a false case against me if i will not do according to them. I need help. Please save me and my family. My wife keeps her brother with me he always makes a mess with me. Yesterday he left the house and my wife said that she will aslo leave the home. Any how i managed her to stay with me. but her family start abusive langauge to me and my parents. I have been paid all the expeses to my brother in law also. They have also took 50000 amount from me and time to time I paid a lots of money for my brothe in law. I have all the legal evidence. Please please help.
