Legal Question in Family Law in India
I got married 3 months ago. my wife is not happy always looking sad from the day of marriage? and touchering me in many ways i stayed with her only 30 days after marriage i am working in abroad. She always demanding me to stay in her mother home. even she dont have any problem with my family. I am suspecting she has some boy friends. without internet and mobile she can not stay a single day ahat should i do? I am away from country.her resent demand i should build upstair and i should buy 1 acre land?

It is too short a period for a girl to rehabilitate herself in the new environment more particularly when she has to depend upon some one else for such small things as mobile phone and internet. These days internet and mobile etc. are basic requirements of any educated person anywhere in the world. The very fact that you are suspicious of her fidelity merely on her demands for these petty things only shows that you are a very narrow minded person. This is the worst form of cruelty a newly married man could commit against his wife.
Try to meet her requirements and stay from litigation path. If you do not mend your ways, you and your family may be inviting a big trouble.
As simple as that take her to some counselling sessions make her understand that now you and her to lead rest of life togehter happily and still you feel infideility then better take divorce than face mental torture and lead a normal life both of you.
