Legal Question in Family Law in India

my self married 8 months before, marriage process done in 4days I only know he having his shop , & family is well settle etc... but after marriage i Knew the person whom i Married he is taking medicine if he forget to take medicine he behave like mad guy...he never work at all, his behavior like a cruel person , and when i knew the history from his relatives and all then My mother in law & family member of my husband not given me permission to call my mom dad , if i called they ask why you call up your mom! what should i do for get separate

You are entitled to live independent of him. You may also seek divorce on the ground of his illness.
