Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,
I am married for 8 months now, and after marriage, realised that my wife had two episodes of chronic Schizophrenia and treated in both episodes. But my Mother in law has destroyed all medical records, and presently also my wife is under medication.. but for her medicines, I never have any evidence... Her Behaviour goes erratic at times.Her social behaviour with my sisters who are married is of concern to me, as it is socially very different and I will be answerable at all times for her vague behaviour. If I continue to side her vague ways, I will also be gradually isolated.She has a PHD degree. Pl. advice, what are the chances of nullifying my marriage?

you need evidence in court for getting divorce. mere allegations will not help you in getting divorce.
