Legal Question in Family Law in India
We have married about 6 months and nto going good after pregnant. Now she wants to take out baby. I am not able to stay with her due to her mentality. We are here in US for last 4 months. Please advice the procedure to get divorce. What about alimony ? She is well qualified and worked before married.

Plz provide detail, where you got married. How long you stay in India.
If she is well educated and was working then she may not get maintenance, but alimony is discretion of court or it depends upon you.
If you both wants divorce then you both have to decided everything including alimony.

was your marriage solemnized in India? what is your religion? in case you both are in US, you may apply for divorce there in US.
Madam, if you are residing at U.S and want a Divorce get a Divorce as per law of U.S it is also valid or you can both decide come to India and get a Divorce.
