Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married on 2nd june, 2010. My husband is not working from the date of marriage and i came to know this after one and half months of marriage. I am living with my parents from the last four month. I lodged complaint in women cell and my case is running at present. My husband send me a letter claiming my half salary. Can my husband claim my half salary through court.

in case he is not working and unable to find a job, he may claim the maintenance. seek help of a lawyer.
