Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have married in Oct 2008. At present My wife has jumped from terrace in June 2010 and since last 15 months she is at her father's place only i.e. we are separated from June 2010.
She has tries to commit suicide 3 to 4 time earlier during our married life. I have to call her parents 5 to 6 times.
We have lived happily about 1.5 years after marriage but due to her parents interference we can not live happily. Now she is not ready to come to my home and kept some conditions which I can not fulfil.
When I tries to advise her or her parents something about our future, they are not ready to listen. Just they said My parents are cruel to her daugher and they want confirmation that everything will be fine then after only they will send her daugher.
At present, neither she wants to come to my home nor she is ready for divorse.
Can I do something either to take to her to my home or for divorse? they wanted to keep everything in hanging position. Any of their relatives are not ready to talk on their behalf. Also they have tried to threathen me many times.
How much maintenance money I have to pay? I am earning Rs. 45000 per month. She is not working any where. She is graduage and her fathers are living in small taluka place. We don't have any child. As she has jumped from terrace and got fractured, she is not fully physically fit to do routine work.
Kindly advise me to avoid such hanging position. Can I do something?

under what circumstances did she try to commit suicide. you may elaborate.
