Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, I got married in October 2009 and after 4 months of my marriage my husband has abandoned me and is living in NZ. I tried a lot to reconcile with him in the beginning, but he was not cooperating at all. He got married to me because he was scared to go against his father and now he is not in touch with his family and mine. I want to get out of this marriage asap. I have no information on where he is staying in NZ nor is he responding to my phone calls or anything. During the 4 months of our marriage we had very little physical relation also. I want guidance on what to do regarding the situation. I want out of this soon so that I can get on with my life. How do I file for divorce when I dont know where he is staying or anything? Also what happens if he doesnt respond and refuses to cooperate with divorce? Pls advice. Thank you.

where are u located in india. you may contact a lawyer and file the petition for divorce and it may be difficult for him to contest the same from NZ.
