Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married from past 13 years. Have a son 12 year old. I am working only from 2 years. what % of his property i can claim if filing for mutual consent divorce for me & my son. child custody with me. He had left us 2 years back. staying seperatly himself in his other flat.

as such, there is no law in india that entitles a wife to have a share of self acquired property of husband in a divorce proceeding. in case it is an ancestral property, your son has an equal right in that. otherwise, you may seek permanent alimony by filing a suit for maintenance or mutual agreeing for a certain sum.
