I got married in sep-2010. My marriage was love marriage. Initialy her parents are not agreed. But after marriage they are agreed. But after some time they emotionaly black mail my wife. finaly she was under so much of pressure and then she took a decision for seperation. Now she filled a case against me under section 12 -Annulment of marriage due to medical impotency. Now suggest me how to fight. They are not allowing me to speak with them.

In which court the said case is filed? You also need to file a case of restitution of conjugal rights. It would be better is you could come down to my office for further discussion.
annulment of marriage on the grounds of impotency requires medical evidence. She will have to prove it. You will have to file your reply to the petition within 30 days of receipt of the petition from them. As suggested, you may counter by filing a petition for conjugal rights.
You have not much choice against your wife but to defend yourself . I would not suggest you to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights as it would not going to help you .Prepare your defense properly in her petition.
