i am married but separated i have not registered my marrage have only photos &videos and want to go abbrode for higher education my partner applied for diverce in the court i am having passport in my earlier name(sername) in the visa process i have to menction my marital status what should i do if i tell them i am married they will ask for marage reg form what should i do

you need to mention your true marital status as there is a divorce petition pending in the court.
